Industrial Partner ACIC Successful Installation in Kuwait

ACIC's new beyond state-of-the-art coast surveillance system MvPanoramaDetection was successfully installed and started end of June on the Kuwait coast. MvPanoramaDetection combines ACIC well-known MvActivityDetection and sweeping thermal cameras acting like RADAR.

This project was conducted in collaboration with Videotec, the European Leader in Camera Housing, PTZ Head and Accessories. The thermal cameras are mounted on top of Videotec's Ulisse positioning unit.

The overall project also includes perimetric surveillance solutions of the ACIC's products portfolio. Indeed more than 150 licenses of MvActivityDetection were delivered to monitor the beach and protect the restricted area. The application is human intrusion detection.

The combination of the two lines of defense increases dramatically the level of security of the site.

ACIC has been active in Kuwait since 2006 and thanks to the work of its partner Comtec-System , ACIC has already realized several projects successfully, more to come ...

You can find more information about MvPanoramaDetection in the accompanying document.
